Jo Hope is a well known face in SUPERchick Group Training circles and despite being a gossip queen (which we adore!), Jo has made great, GREAT strides in her fitness and lost a few pounds to boot. Now Jo is approaching a special milestone Birthday – did someone say 30!! Fortunately the SUPERchicks’ reINVENTION programme will ensure that the soon-to-be Birthday Girl doesn’t look a day over 21 and all in just 8 weeks!! However compliance to the programme is key so to ensure Jo doesn’t deviate from the reINVENTION programme, Jo has been volunteered!! to blog about her experiences of this 8 week fitness and nutrition programme.
